The blog is dusty again.. I have forgotten the existence of this blog ahaha..

Well… It’s my recess week this week but I am not at all enjoying it, for I am drowned in my FYP report and presentations and assignments. This friday is my graded FYP presentation with my prof which make up 75% of my overall FYP. By right, it’s scheduled to be in April. My prof brought it forward and I am now rushing day and night for the presentation. Plus the assignments from Process Control module are piling up and I have not started the 2nd one. Total of 5 assignments which all require MATLAB and they only made up the mere 20% of my overall module!!!!! Means each assignment is only 4%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How ridiculous can it be! So much time and effort were put in for just that 4% each!!!!

Grumble complain grumble complain. I’m so looking forward to my graduation and free from all these assignments!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHA!!!

Nothing much happening stuff… School work is beginning to pile up!!!!!!!

I’ve decided to delete my previous entry cos I’ve written all those under anger and frustration and I needed an outlet to vent out all. That wasn’t a very nice entry which somehow may portray them in a slightly bad way. But that wasn’t my intention. In many other ways, they’ve done way better than many others. I ought to put myself in their shoes.

I haven’t been a very nice person these few weeks. To them, her and him. The people I am closest to.

Sorry and love you all.

Today I attended my first marketing  module. Interesting lecturer and topics covered. At least I find it more interesting than any of my engineering modules except maths ahaha..

This marketing lecturer said something which struck me quite hard and made me think quite a lot.

He said, ” Just now while waiting for the students to enter the lecture hall slowly, we already wasted 16 minutes. These 16 minutes are gone forever.”

And what I had been doing for that past 16 mins was to stone there and wait for lecture to start.

He just made me feel that I have wasted so much of my precious time. Especially when now I am in my final lap of academic life.

So what have U been doing for the past 16 mins?

Yoyo hello everyone! People are complaining that I haven’t update my blog for a long time. Haha!!! I have many things to update but am just too lazy to go into details. So this post will still be a post full of words. Pictures to upload later.

Anyways, a new year has arrived and this time round, I didn’t squeeze to watch fireworks like the previous years. I went prawn fishing with a few great friends! Actually, I like it this way. I like the cozy and warm feeling that I got to spend the last few moments of last year and first few moments of this year with my friends. My very sweet bf also accompanied me as well!

It was my 1st time prawn fishing and I like it! Next time I’ll jio them out again!

Also, it’s time to make new year resolutions. This year what I hope is rather simple and general.

To grow deeper relationships with family, bf and friends.

To get a good job.

To take up a community project/work.

And now, I am looking forward to CNY!

I’ve been going out almost everyday and taking so many pictures. I should be blogging cos I want to keep memories of what I’ve done/ experienced in the past. But I am wayyyyy too lazy to upload the pictures! Haha..

This December is a terrible month for me as I’ve have been spending so so much money on Xmas presents and birthday celebrations. Plus everywhere is having sale and I can’t resist the temptation!!! I getting poorer and poorer ;(

Xmas is coming and 2010 is creeping in in 8 days!

So far 2009 has been a rather quiet and smooth year for me. This year seems to pass very fast with me attending Industrial Attachment for 6 months and 4 months of academic semester which is full of projects and reports! This semester is the busiest semester I ever had! Projects submissions due in every 2 weeks in average! But the worst was over and I hope I can get a good grade for that!

Everything else was fine. Still making an effort to keep in touch with all my friends this year, no major disputes with my family, Kevin and I still doing good if not better, improvement in my grades etc.. What’s lacking is that i didn’t have a major achievement this year. I browsed through my 2009 planner and it is just full of entertainments. No self-upgrading or whatsoever. Sometimes, I feel that I don’t have personal time for myself. I’m just doing what I am supposed to do and not trying to learn a new skill.  Unlike my friends, Yiling ran countless marathons and now going into climbing; You Qing already securing a job in the future; Wen Wei taking photography as his new hobby; Mei Qin learning Korean language, Piano and singing ( I always feel MQ is a very determined gal); Baba discovering her real interest in Mass Communications and many more.

So… hope that 2010 will be a better year for me and may I get a good job after I graduate in next year May!

Hoho!!!

According to a magazine I read, it says:

“Indiana University’s researchers reported that women tend to express themselves better when messaging. Ladies are likely to max out their 160 character-count limit, and use more abbreviations and emotions (such as smiles and frowns) to express their feelings and individuality.”

True?

Yes! I tend to max out the character limit. I even have to delete some characters in order not to send out two messages. Haha.. shows how long-winded I am! And it makes me so mad whenever I send out a long text message to Kevin just to receive back an ‘Ok’!!! Hoho…

STARS planner is making me so dizzy… After asking so many friends about the business electives, I finally settled down with Principle of Marketing. Hope it’ll be fun and easy!

… with dearest kx! Haven’t seen her for the longest time! We had so much to share and we talked a lot about marriage. She’s already planning to get married in two years time and am now saving up! I look forward the days where all my friends are happily married with their beloved and our kids can play together! Heh..

Anyway, we explored Chinatown as though we are tourists! Actually we should all take some time to re-discover Singapore again. We walked and walked so much that we ended up in a foot reflexology place! Haha!! It’s my virgin try and I’ll definitely going to try it more often!

Ahh I've gained weight!
